General Questions

What is the minimum age to attend TomorrowWorld 2014?

TomorrowWorld is the only electronic music festival of its size in the US to enact a 21+ age minimum policy.  The aim of this policy is to attract an international audience and a more mature US crowd, which, in 2013, helped create an atmosphere of connection and friendship that was talked about by many.

We operate a strict entrance policy and you must show a valid government drivers license, ID card, or passport. No exceptions will be made, not even if you are accompanied by an adult. If you turn 21 during the weekend of TomorrowWorld, you are only allowed in on the day you turned 21.

The following are examples of acceptable forms of Identification for Entry:

  • Government Issued Passports
  • Driver’s License (USA or Canadian)
  • Military Identification Card
  • Government Issued Identification Card (USA or Canadian)

The Following Are Unacceptable Forms of Identification for Entry:

  • Expired Identification Cards
  • School Identification Cards
  • Licenses/ID cards issued in countries other than the U.S. or Canada
  • Birth Certificates
  • Social Security cards
  • Federal Immigration cards
  • Voter Registration
  • Visa Cards
  • Copies of any acceptable forms of identification

Can I change the name on the ticket?

We do not accept any name changes for tickets. When you recieve your tickets in the mail, this is when you will be prompted to register the ticket to your name. If you are picking up your tickets at the festival, they will be registered upon pickup. This is the name personalization that is discussed during purchasing.

Can I cancel my ticket after I bought it?

Tickets cannot be cancelled. All purchases are final.

How can I check the authenticity/validity of my ticket?

We cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets sold anywhere, other than our official ticket providers. If you arrive at the festival with a fraudulent bracelet or a bracelet with someone else’s name you will be denied access into the festival. Counterfeit tickets are extremely common and because of this we strongly discourage buying tickets from other people, and secondary markets.

The TomorrowWorld ticket shop is based on the software of Paylogic.

If you have any problems with your ticket, please contact our ticket provider by e-mail: tomorrowworld@paylogic.com
